Women's Travel Blog

Whether you travel for a weekend closer to home or across the world, make your travel unforgettable. Do something a bit out of the ordinary, sleep in historical places, dine where the food is harvested, meet locals and share moments of culture.  Luxury travel is defined with authenticity and feeling comfortable knowing all the details of a trip are seamlessly coordinated.  I am off to Ireland this week and looking forward to staying by the sea in a small cottage with history at its doorstep.  We will perch in the charming village of Kenmare where we will reconnect with the owners of one of Ireland’s historical inns.  We will stop by the sweater shop that sells the sweaters island women knit by hand.  We will walk in the Burren amidst the wild rocky landscape that is a UNESCO World Heritage location.  We will hear music in a pub or two and of course have delicious Irish brown bread from grandmother’s recipes.  We will take in a beloved Maeve Binchy play in Dublin and once more will be awestruck by The Book of Kells and the pure dedication and inspiration of the ancient monks.  Our Ireland trip will be offered in 2020…..if you missed this one.
