Reservations and Payment

Travel is definitely one of the best medicines for a woman's wellbeing.

Every travel experience comes in fours, the idea, the anticipation ,the journey itself  and of course the memories woven into the fabric of your life. You can begin now to make your reservation. You can celebrate moving  from idea to anticipation and as the weeks unfold start to get ready to travel. Most women travel with us alone , some with a mother, daughter or friend. 

Women who travel with Serendipity Traveler will find our straightforward online secure reservation system a simple way to book your trip. If you prefer you can call us 1- 800- 975- 2357 or send in a reservation via snail mail. Some women like to plan far ahead and look forward to the trip for months, and others tend towards a spontaneous last minute travel adventure.  Whichever your style , we are here to help women with their travel dreams.

We are pleased you have chosen to travel with Serendipity Traveler and will look forward to talking with you and traveling together.  It is easy to reserve your trip now on our secure website or by calling us anytime at 1 800-975-2357, or via email at: res@serendipitytraveler.com .  We generally can accomodate women wishing to share a room and if you have any special requests we make every effort to meet them. If you wish to share a room there is no single supplement. Women travelers often prefer a private room and a private room is additional.

We intentionally keep our women's travel groups small, early reservations are advised.   A minimum deposit of $500.00 is due at the time of your reservation. We accept personal checks,  Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Your remaining balance is due a full 90 days prior to departure. Last minute travel will be accomodated when space is available.  If you are making your reservation less than 90 days of departure, the entire amount of the trip must be paid in full at the time of your reservation.   We will maintain a wait list on trips that are presently full. Prior to departure we will email or snail mail you the following: joining instructions, lists of accommodations, the final trip itinerary, and any other cultural information and reading suggestions we think may be of interest .If we deem special gear or particular women's travel clothing is necessary we will send you what we recommend. We always recommend traveling light and packing less than you think you need. One carry on bag is all we recommend. Comfortable walking shoes for women travelers are a must on all trips.

Travel insurance is encouraged and is most cost effective if you purchase it within a week of sending us your deposit. There are a number of travel insurance companies and i will recommend one ifyou call me.  Serendipity Traveler assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury of person or effects, and strongly encourages health/accident travel insurance.

If you have any questions, or queries please do not hesitate to call. We are glad to help you and sometimes asking questions is the best way to get going with your travels.
