Walking in Wyoming

I just returned from a splendid week with a dynamic group of women on our Walking in Wyoming trip.  The diverse backgrounds combined with where we called home enhanced the brilliance of our days together.  Hailing from Australia, Canada, Ohio, Georgia, Indiana and Massachusetts; married, single and divorced, we decided we all want to travel together again in the same group.  Exciting!  Our destination will be Turkey 2012.
The weather on our trip was bright and sunny each day amidst the pristine splendor of The Grand Teton National Park.  I strongly encourage women who love the great outdoors to join me next summer to go Walking in The Grand Tetons.  We laughed, walked, explored wildlife and saw Bisons, Eagles, Elk, Deer, and Osprey.  On our final wildlife expedition we spotted a Bear!  We all enjoyed a scenic float trip down the fast flowing Snake River and some of us rode horses on the Spring Gulch Ridge.  The silence on the trails with the sound of rushing streams was one of my favorite moments.  We spent our days outdoors amidst the pristine Grand Tetons and in the evenings we dined around at locally favored spots.  Wildflowers were beginning to bloom and added to the beauty of this wild western region.  Wranglers and Cowgirl Boots, waterfalls, wildflowers and women, all converged to create a spectacular trip with endless memories.  My thanks to all five women travelers who made this trip a heartfelt memory.
