We all have our favorite places in the world and one of mine
is the land of my roots along the coast of Nova Scotia
in Atlantic Canada. While the
temperatures soared south of the border, I recently hosted our annual Women's

heritage, each day is easy and the rhythms of the tides unfold gently. From the renaissance of the seaport city Halifax

we ramble and discover. Schooners, puffins, whales, lobster, mussels, fiddles, and history
