Passports With Purpose

A group of women travel bloggers initiated the idea of Passports with Purpose last year. The concept is for the travel community to make a difference.  Last year the donations went to the Heifer Organization which is an organization near and dear to my heart.  This year the group decided to build a school in Cambodia.  American Assistance for Cambodia (AAfC) is an independent nonprofit organization dedicated to improving opportunities for the youth and rural poor in Cambodia.  Through their rural schools project, we can build a school in rural Cambodia this year! 

AAfC has a donor to pay 1/2 the cost of building a school.  The group only needs to raise the other half which is $13,000!  That is a lot of money, but given our success last year (the group raised $7400 with very little lead time or advance planning) we believe it is totally achievable with your help. http://www.cambodiaschools.com
