just a few weeks away. The National Park Service will offer free admission to
all park sites. A splendid American
treasure, our National Parks afford a myriad of stellar opportunities for all. Each time I have traveled to a National Park, from
Acadia in Maine, one of my favorites, to The Grand Tetons in

Wyoming where we will stay on our summer Walking in Wyoming Trip this June, I have
wanted to return. The drive decades ago
to see the sunrise at Haleakala in Hawaii and the first time I saw a bison in Wyoming and first ever snorkeling adventures on the island of St. John all are National Park memories. Parks
range in size from the smallest in Arkansas to the largest in Alaska. Each park affords the traveler distinctive educational experiences and a
purely natural way to disconnect from technological trappings and return to the
wonders of nature at her finest.
