or the first tomato ripening is nourishment for my spirit. I appreciate the hard work of our farmer
friends who, every week come to the farmer's market laden with healthy, hand
harvested and grown fruits and vegetables for all including Bordeaux
spinach, Swiss chard, beans, peas, zucchini, strawberries, blueberries,
gooseberries, and salad greens with nasturtiums. Thursday is Farmer's Market
day in our town and Thursday night is my favorite night to gather friends for
dinner. Enjoy the abundant gifts of
summer.
