As the calendar turns toward summer, I drift into summer mode relishing beach days, sailing, planting in the garden and longer walks by the sea, letting go of numerous daily tasks to create more time for unwinding, savouring and tuning life; time to take care of the very heart of life. Tomorrow, before I leave on our Ireland adventure, I am picking up my granddaughter from school to share precious time together. She asked me if we could go for tea. We began tea times together many moons ago and I couldn't be happier when sharing tea with her. Taking time for what matters, taking time for dreams..........taking time for hearts to mend, flourish, and dance with the river of life. The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams..........,words penned ages ago by Eleanor Roosevelt, stress the importance of sweet dreams.
