Spring 2014

Living in the Northeast, spring brings with her stark changes of light, color, scents and the sighting of lobster boats on the big blue sea. Today I saw some of the first traps pulled for long time, a lobsterman dressed in his bright yellow gear, was out in the bay pulling his traps. It is classic spring on the sea mixed with the snowdrops and crocus blooming in sheltered spaces and the sweet songs of the birds amidst the thickets. Earth is awakening. Longer days and sunlit evenings for walks without mittens, scarfs, and hats feel free and unbundled. Energies shift. Wherever you may be this day, I wish you a springtime of the spirit filled with wonder, well being and ongoing dreams yet to unfold.
